A Day in Dudelange
1. Visit the ruins of Mount St John castle - 2 hours
From the car park (place Gymnich) in Budersberg ascend the stages of the Calvary (1937) to the ruins of the fortified castle of Mount St John. The observation tower offers great views across the ruins of the towers, palace, wells and moats. The chapel can be visited during the procession on the Sunday following St. John's day. Allow two hours: 1 hour to ascend and descend the hill, and 1 hour to visit the ruins and the chapel.

- St. Martin parish church with calvary (D.Lang); Stahlhuth Organ; frescoes
- Local Museum Rue Dominique Lang (Prehistoric, Gallo-Roman period, medieval castle)
- Photo gallery “Nei Liicht” (Rue D. Lang), art gallery
- Human Migration Centre at Dudelange-Usines station
- The water tower houses Edward Steichen's “The Bitter Years” photo exhibition
- Promenade: Municipal park “Léih” - the heights of the “Ginzeberg”; Town hall – nature park “Haardt”
- Good choice of restaurants in the town centre
